Packaging can be developed around your product characteristics, shelf-life requirements, filling equipment, target-market regulations, brand positioning and logistics conditions. Customization may cover format, dimensions, thickness, sealing method, zippers, spouts, easy-tear openings, hanging holes and transparent windows. Material and composite structures can be selected for barrier performance, heat resistance, puncture resistance and heat sealing. Film capabilities include 5-layer and 7-layer blown films based on materials such as HDPE and MDOPE, plus single-layer and multi-layer cast films using PP, PS, degradable materials and EVOH- or PA-based co-extruded structures. Retort structures are available for sterilization applications from 121°C to 135°C. Printing options include gravure and flexographic printing, with customization of artwork, color standards and brand presentation. Available laminating processes include dry, solvent-free, extrusion and co-extrusion lamination. Vacuum metallizing adds metallic gloss and improves barrier performance.
